Opportunity Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive People Operations Partner to join
our growing team in India and support the employee experience across the full
employee lifecycle at Cohere Health. In this role, you’ll help deliver smooth,
compliant, and employee-friendly HR processes from onboarding through exit,
while building strong relationships with employees, managers, and
cross-functional partners.At Cohere, People Operations is about creating a great
employee experience through simple, reliable, and scalable processes. You’ll
work closely with a collaborative team and contribute to the continued
improvement of HR operations, employee support, and process documentation. The
role is ideal for someone who brings strong execution skills, empathy, and a
curiosity to learn and improve.

What you’ll do

Onboarding and employee experience

* Support end-to-end onboarding for new hires, from pre-boarding to
post-joining follow-up.
* Coordinate with hiring managers, IT, payroll, and other stakeholders to
ensure a smooth joining experience.




* Conduct or support recent hire orientation sessions and ensure completion of
required documentation.
* Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding trackers.
* Help improve onboarding checklists, templates, and employee communications.

Benefits administration

* Support employee benefits processes by coordinating with internal teams and
external vendors.
* Assist with annual enrollment and renewal activities.
* Respond to employee queries related to benefits, wellness, and related
policies.
* Help maintain accurate benefits data and flag discrepancies for resolution.

Leave management

* Manage leave administration support for statutory and company leave policies.
* Guide employees on leave processes and documentation in line with Indian
labor law and company policy.
* Coordinate with employees, managers, payroll, and external partners for leave
processing.
