Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.



This role involves driving sales growth and territory expansion for NoBrokerHood by identifying prospective gated societies, conducting meetings and product demos, and closing contracts with management committees and key decision-makers. The Territory Sales Manager will manage the entire sales cycle, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective onboarding and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, preparing reports, gathering market insights, and implementing local strategies to achieve revenue and penetration targets. The role also requires coordinating training sessions for client stakeholders to support product adoption and long-term engagement.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders, present solutions clearly, and manage client expectations.
