Role Description The Sales Trainer role at Entri is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves designing and delivering sales training programs for new and existing sales team members, including classroom sessions, role-plays, and on-the-job coaching. The Sales Trainer will assess training needs, develop training materials, and conduct regular performance evaluations to identify skill gaps and improvement areas. Day-to-day activities include preparing training content,



facilitating workshops, monitoring sales metrics, and providing feedback to sales professionals and management. The role also requires close collaboration with sales leadership and customer-facing teams to ensure training aligns with business goals and enhances overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales Trainings and Training & Development, with experience designing and delivering structured training programs.
Excellent Presentation Skills and Communication abilities to effectively engage diverse groups of learners.
Customer Service and sales process understanding to translate real-world scenarios into practical training modules.
Ability to analyze sales performance data and adapt training content based on identified needs.
Previous experience as a sales trainer, sales coach, or in a similar learning and development role.
