Roles & Responsibilities
As a 2D Designer at GPJ, you will play a key role in translating creative ideas into impactful visual executions for experiential campaigns.
What you’ll do:
• Creative Design Execution:
Design visually compelling assets across multiple formats including event branding, stage graphics, collaterals, digital creatives, and environmental graphics for experiential projects.
• Brand Guidelines Adaptation:
Understand and apply brand guidelines accurately and efficiently across all design outputs, maintaining consistency while adapting designs for different experiential formats.
• Collaborative Workflow:
Work closely with art directors,



creative leads, and project teams to develop design solutions aligned with campaign objectives and client briefs.
• Visual Storytelling:
Use solid typography, layout, composition, and color sense to communicate brand narratives clearly and effectively in experiential environments.
• Feedback & Iterations:
Incorporate internal and client feedback constructively, ensuring timely revisions while maintaining design quality.
• Trend & Industry Awareness:
Stay updated with design trends, materials, and innovations relevant to experiential marketing and brand activations.
• Technical Excellence:
Create production-ready artwork using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and ensure files meet execution standards.

Qualifications & Skills
5 years of experience as a 2D Designer / Graphic Designer, preferably in experiential marketing, events, exhibitions, or brand activations.
