Qualification, Experience:
• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical and Mechanical disciplines.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in the field of PLM- L1 Support Teamcenter / 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA from Automotive domain.
Required Skill sets:
• Good knowledge on CAD tools like CATIA V5 / UG NX / CREO
• Valuable knowledge on PDM & PLM Systems (3D Experience Enovia/ Team center)
• Should possess knowledge of Business Rules / guidelines / standards related to part management on PLM System.
• Strong problem-solving skills, resolving issues from an end user perspective.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• International mind set, ability to work with international customers.
• Good knowledge on MS excels, MS word, MS PowerPoint.
Job Description
Key Role & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the primary point of contact for Teamcenter / 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA PLM and CAD user support,



managing incoming tickets and ensuring timely resolution of issues within defined timeline.
• identify the root cause of problems and implement effective solutions, coordinating with other technical teams (L2) when necessary.
• Monitor support requests in, track incidents, and escalate complex issues to higher-level technical experts.
• Maintain detailed support documentation to help users to resolve common issues and improve the overall efficiency of the support process.
• Collaborate with the engineering and IT teams to enhance system performance, address recurring issues, and implement preventive measures to reduce downtime.
• Good knowledge on engineering fundamentals, Product development process, product design, manufacturing process.
• Strong understanding of Change management, engineering release process.
• Know the business requirements and functionalities development process accordingly.
