Working Days: 6 Days a Week ( Monday to Saturday), where Saturday 2nd and 4th is working.

About the Role

Vritti Solutions Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Chief Sales Head to lead the sales and business development function for our BTL (Below-the-Line) Activation Services.

The role will be responsible for identifying and acquiring corporate clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue through BTL campaigns, activations, experiential marketing, events, promotions, and other on-ground marketing solutions.





The ideal candidate should have a strong network among corporates, brands, marketing heads, advertising agencies, and decision-makers and possess a proven track record of selling BTL/activation services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for BTL activation services.
- Generate new business from corporate clients across industries.
- Identify and target CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, HR Heads, Procurement Heads, and other key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a strong corporate client pipeline.
- Drive the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closure, and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop current markets, accounts, and business opportunities.
