- Achieving the targeted production in each shift.
- Contribute to the planning of work programmes to maximise overall efficiency; and to assist other members of the team as required to carry out the planned work programmes.
- Meeting all the delivery schedules for the products as committed in the Plan.
- Co-ordination with maintenance, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and stores/Warehouse functions to ensure compliance to the committed Plan.
- Review of GMP documents like BMR, deviation reports, SOP etc without taking much time.Coordination for product dispatch.Issuance of BMR, BPR and ECR
- Completing analysis of in process samples within the standard time of analysis and communicating to plant once analysis is completed.
- Coordinate with production team during the pre-validation batches and validation batches of new product and technology transfer from lab scale to plant.
