Manage supplier quality for Body-in-White (BIW) passenger car parts.

Coordinate with suppliers on product development, tooling trials, and process improvements.

Drive APQP, PPAP, inspection report reviews, and production readiness activities.

Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and performance monitoring.

Lead corrective and preventive actions using 8D and RCCA methodologies.

Maintain calibration programs, inspection equipment records, and document control systems.

Support quality initiatives including SPC, FMEA, Gage R&R;, APQP, PPAP, and GD&T.;

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 quality standards.

Perform statistical process analysis using SPC charts (I-MR, X-bar R, P, U charts), DOE, and correlation analysis.

Utilize ERP/SAP systems and quality software for reporting and documentation.

Preferred Skills

Solid knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5S, and Six Sigma.

Experience with Minitab, SPSS, JMP (preferred).

Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx is an advantage.
