We are a service-based company specializing in Epoxy & PU Flooring, Densification, Waterproofing, and Structural Painting. With a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, we cater to industrial, commercial, and residential projects. We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, client meetings, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Promote and explain our services (Epoxy & PU Flooring, Waterproofing, Densification, Structural Painting) to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.




- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, events, and promotional materials.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales/marketing within construction, coatings, flooring, or waterproofing industries(preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of local construction and industrial market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
