Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update a database of prospects, leads, and client contacts.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospects.
- Understand the staffing requirements and share relevant leads.
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation activities and results on a regular basis.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and business development targets.
- Stay updated with US staffing market trends, competition, and new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or any related field.
- Must have experience in lead generation.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Robust research skills and proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales navigator and other tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
