JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prioritize and escalate time-sensitive communications, including court notices, filing deadlines, and claimant inquiries, in accordance with established SLAs and internal quality standards.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferably
- commerce background).
- Proven 2 - 5 years of experience in US-based MNCs.

Technical Skills:
- Data entry skills: A typing speed of at least 60 WPM with excellent spelling, grammar, and diction skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting cursive and various forms of handwritten documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Access, and Word.
- Demonstrates quality through accuracy and attention to detail; actively seeks opportunities to improve and promote high standards; incorporates feedback to enhance performance; monitors work to ensure consistency
- Exhibit proficiency in both written and verbal communication, showcasing the ability to comprehend provided information and draw appropriate conclusions.




- Demonstrates the ability to effectively disseminate knowledge to team members for enhanced operational
- understanding.
