US Retirement Benefits Payment Specialist
- End to end process knowledge of payments ( _US Benefit Payments would be helpful _)
- Skilled in Reconciliation, US Tax withholding & remittance, Check, ACH & Wire payments, Ledger Adjustments, Client Relationship Management (CRM), Internal and External Funding
- Develop and maintain records of participants and beneficiaries including active, deferred, retired,
and separated members
- Maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory changes, trends, and other developments affecting retirement perks
- Prepare reports provided to internal and external customers, including maintenance of supporting documentation
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to execute retirement plan payouts and reconciliation of payment
- Thorough understanding of taxable and nontaxable deductions related to retirement benefits
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
