- Install and commission solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Perform installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, DC/AC cables, earthing, and electrical equipment.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, and solar system designs.
- Ensure proper alignment, wiring, termination, and connection of solar modules.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of solar plants after installation.
- Identify and resolve installation-related technical issues.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Project Engineer, Site Supervisor, and other installation teams.
- Maintain installation reports, checklists, and daily site progress reports.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Supervise technicians/helpers and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Travel to customer/project sites as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
