Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for prospective families: answer inquiries, conduct tours, and follow up promptly.
- Maintain accurate student records and admissions database.
- Coordinate open houses, information sessions, and community outreach.
- Prepare and distribute enrollment materials, contracts, invoices, and orientation information.
- Collaborate with Director and teaching staff on enrollment planning and capacity management.
- Track enrollment metrics and provide regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and preschool policies related to admissions and recordkeeping.
- Promote a welcoming, family-centered experience and uphold Little Elly’s values and brand.

Qualifications:
- Minimum:



Graduate qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in education, early childhood, administration, or related field.
- Fluent in English (excellent verbal and written communication).
- 1-3 years’ experience in admissions, customer service, enrollment coordination, or early childhood settings preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and/or enrollment/CRM software.
- Comfort speaking with families, conducting tours, and presenting information.
- Background check and TB clearance (or local equivalents) as required.
