Job description

This role requires a commercially focused leader with strong experience in sales management, team leadership, business development, and channel partner management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales operations across the assigned state to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute state-level sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build, appoint, and strengthen a high-performing channel partner network.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support Area Sales Managers and District Sales Managers.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the state.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, key clients, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to improve team productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting standards, and operational processes.




- Travel across the assigned state to support business development and team management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Territory Management.
- Proven experience in leading state-level sales operations.
- Strong leadership, people management, and coaching abilities.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in channel partner acquisition, distributor management, and business expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.
