Job Description - Accounts Manager (Chartered Accountant)

Position: Accounts Manager
Location: Lumirise Pvt Ltd, Lakshmi Polavaram Vi, Ravulapalem Mandal, Dr. BR Ambedkar Konaseema Dist.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 5-10 Years
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹65,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle complete GST compliance, including:
- GST Registration
- GST Return Filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, etc.)
- GST Reconciliation
- Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation
- GST audits and notices
- Prepare and file TDS returns accurately and within statutory timelines.
- Ensure timely deduction and payment of TDS and other statutory liabilities.
- Maintain complete books of accounts using Tally Prime.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.




- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, ROC (where applicable), and other statutory regulations.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Support internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Identify process improvements and implement effective financial controls.

Required Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
- Strong expertise in GST laws, return filing, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Excellent knowledge of TDS provisions, calculations, payments, and return filing.
- Advanced working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
