Universal Migration is an overseas education and immigration consultancy established in 2006 in Kerala, India. The company assists students, professionals, and individuals who want to study, work, or settle abroad.

We are looking for an experienced Australian Immigration Counsellor to guide clients through Australian visa and immigration processes and provide professional consultation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients regarding suitable Australian visa options.
- Explain visa requirements, procedures, and documentation.
- Handle client queries and provide regular follow-ups.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable migration pathways.
- Maintain accurate client records and case updates.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of documents.
- Achieve individual and team targets.




- Maintain good client relationships and provide excellent service.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Australian immigration/migration counselling.
- Positive knowledge of Australian visa categories and processes.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong client-handling and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.
- Experience in Australian skilled migration is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
