About The Arch International

We are growing our student acquisition and digital presence and are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital marketing activities and generate measurable student leads.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing and improving our Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media and content strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads
- Plan, launch and manage Google Search and other relevant campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent search terms.
- Create and optimise campaigns for IELTS, UK, Ireland and study-abroad services.
- Manage budgets, bids, targeting and conversion tracking.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.
- Analyse search terms, CTR, CPC, conversion rates and campaign ROI.
- Test different ad copies, landing pages and campaigns.





Meta Ads — Facebook & Instagram
- Plan and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
- Create lead-generation, traffic, engagement and retargeting campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting strategies for students and parents.
- Set up retargeting campaigns for website visitors, video viewers and previous leads.
- Test different creatives, audiences and messaging.
- Monitor CPL, lead quality and conversion performance.
- Work with the content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.

SEO
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy for The Arch International.
- Conduct keyword research around IELTS, UK universities, Ireland universities, study abroad and student visas.
- Optimise website pages, landing pages, blogs and metadata.
- Identify content opportunities based on student search behaviour.
- Build and maintain internal linking structures.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic and conversions.
