We’re looking for an experienced Travel Sales Team Leader who can lead a team, drive sales, improve conversions, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the travel sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor daily lead flow from WhatsApp, Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, and other channels.
- Ensure timely follow-up and maximum lead conversion.
- Train and mentor Travel Experts on sales techniques, customer handling, and objection handling.




- Prepare customized Kashmir tour packages and quotations for customers when required.
- Monitor team productivity and daily KPIs.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Improve inquiry-to-booking conversion rates.
- Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with hotels, houseboats, transport vendors, and operations for seamless bookings.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction before, during, and after the trip.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Suggest strategies to improve sales and customer experience.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance within the team.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
