_We are looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Leader to build and scale LogStar Cloud into a global SaaS leader for the Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) Transport & Logistics market. The role owns the complete business growth strategy across designated geographies, including demand generation, product marketing, inside sales, channel partnerships, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving USD 10 Million Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through subscription sales by expanding LogStar Cloud across international SME markets._

Key Responsibilities: Revenue Growth: Own the P&L; and achieve USD 10M ARR through subscription-based SaaS sales across assigned global markets.
- SME Market Expansion: Drive business growth by acquiring new customers, entering current geographies, industries, and strategic accounts through direct and partner-led sales.
- Global GTM Strategy: Develop and execute scalable Go-to-Market strategies across direct sales, digital channels, inside sales, partnerships, and customer success.
- Demand Generation:



Build a strong sales pipeline through digital marketing, ABM, content marketing, webinars, events, SEO/SEM, outbound campaigns, and marketing automation.
- Channel & Partnerships: Develop strategic alliances with technology partners, ERP partners, consultants, system integrators, and channel partners to accelerate revenue growth.
- Product Marketing: Position LogStar Cloud as the preferred SaaS platform through compelling messaging, competitive positioning, pricing strategy, customer success stories, and sales enablement.
- Sales Leadership: Lead global Business Development, Marketing, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, and Channel teams, driving high performance through KPIs and coaching.
- Customer Acquisition: Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from lead generation and product demonstrations to contract closure and customer onboarding.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor market trends, competition, pipeline
