Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Create, edit, and modify GD&T; drawings.
- Conduct 1D/3D tolerance studies and document critical characteristics.
- Compare measured data to GD&T; specifications.
- Define and document quality goals.
- Approve GD&T; and BIW drawings.
- Develop concepts and certify fixtures with suppliers.
- Provide dimensional approval for tool texturing.
- Validate fit and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and validate DTS documents.
Experience
- 7 to 9 Years

Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
General Requirements
- Working knowledge of tolerance stack-up, PIST, and implementation in design releases.
- Robust understanding of systems design, quality reviews, DFMEAs, and manufacturing processes for mechanical and E&E; aggregates.
- Proficient in CATIA, Teamcenter (PDM software), 3DCS, VISVSA, and QDM.
- Thorough knowledge of the automotive product development cycle.
- Hands-on experience in vehicle build phases, with plant and supplier interaction.
