Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and prepare system designs.
- Manage On-Grid & Hybrid solar project execution.
- Supervise installation teams and ensure quality & safety.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and KSEB.
- Handle testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Requirements:
- B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Similar degree
- 2+ years of solar experience.
- Experience with PM Surya Ghar rooftop solar projects.
- Knowledge of KSEB procedures, net-metering, and commissioning.
- Two-wheeler license and willingness to travel across Malappuram district.

Compensation: Salary + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance (TA) + Bonus

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
