The Role

The Role:
Location : Mumbai

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage ticketing queues
- Current issuance
- EMD fulfillment
- Fare rule interpretation
- Error reporting
- Contact airlines and providers for different issues
- Knowledge of NDC’s and ADM’s is an added advantage

Requirements:
- 2 years + of experience in ticketing- Willing to work in rotational shifts 24/7 (Mostly Afternoon and Night)
- Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate - Diploma / HSC pass (10+2)




- Documented experience in reading and interpreting airline fare rules and reissue tickets Seeking best practice implementation and driving ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Understanding the logic behind validating carriers and basic knowledge of IATA regulations
- Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)
- Ability to manage change and work under pressure
