Job Purpose

Responsible for supervising and managing daily housekeeping operations and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and allocate duties to housekeeping staff.
- Monitor cleanliness of rooms, common areas, washrooms, offices, and other facility areas.
- Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with housekeeping SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor housekeeping materials, chemicals, equipment, and inventory.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and other departments for facility-related requirements.
- Handle housekeeping complaints and ensure timely resolution.




- Maintain daily checklists, inspection reports, inventory records, and other documentation.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety practices.

Qualification & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Housekeeping, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
- Positive leadership, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, hygiene, and safety practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
