We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated MBA Intern (Sales & Marketing) to join our growing team. This internship is ideal for MBA students or recent graduates who want to gain practical experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business leads through online and offline channels.
- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings.
- Assist in promoting the company's software products and IT services.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Assist in social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the technical team for client requirements.
- Maintain lead and customer data in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related specialization).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of Sales and Marketing concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making client calls and conducting follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation.
- Understanding of social media marketing.
- Basic knowledge of websites, mobile apps, or software products.
