Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit,Blender or similar software.
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, and working drawings for projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand design requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure project integration.
- Conduct site visits, supervise ongoing works, and ensure design implementation as per specifications.
- Prepare presentations, mood boards for client approvals.
- Stay updated with architectural trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Pay: From ₹130,000.00 per month
