Position: Full-Time Orthodontist
Location: Chennai / Tamil Nadu (Multiple Locations)

Experience: 1-5+ Years (Freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply)
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat malocclusion and dentofacial irregularities.
- Prepare customized orthodontic treatment plans for patients.
- Perform Fixed Orthodontic, Self-Ligating, Ceramic, Lingual, and Clear Aligner treatments.
- Monitor treatment progress through regular follow-up appointments and make necessary adjustments.
- Educate patients regarding treatment procedures, oral hygiene, and post-treatment care.
- Coordinate with General Dentists and Specialists for multidisciplinary treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and clinical notes.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, and clinical protocols.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience while achieving high treatment success rates.
Qualifications
- MDS in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics.
- Valid State Dental Council Registration.
- 1-5+ years of clinical experience in Orthodontics (Freshers may also apply).
- Experience with Clear Aligners is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Robust diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
- Expertise in Fixed and Removable Orthodontic Appliances.
- Clear Aligner treatment planning experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
- Attention to detail and clinical precision.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-specialty environment.
