- 5.Maintaining MIS and Digital Portal updation ( eVECP Portal, New idea
- Share point portal)
- 6. BOM Cost analysis for generating new cost reduction ideas
- 7. Bench marking exercise for new cost reduction ideas
- 8. CRE workshop at supplier’s end & at dealerships
- 9. CRE Workshops at various plants & MRV
- 10. Feasible Idea hand over to Implementation Champion
- 11.Engagement with external consultants for idea generation
- 12.Sprading VE culture across organization and Suppliers through VAVE training modules.
- 13.Participation in VAVE conferences domestic and International

- 6 to 8 Years
Minimum Qualification
- BE, B-Tech
Skills
- Positive knowledge of Tractor Casting, Forging, Tractor Proprietary (e.g. Tyres, wheel rims etc.), Electrical (e.g. Lamps & wiring harnesses) & Sheet metal parts (skin panels/bracketories) & processes.
