As a Manager, People & Culture (HR Business Partner), you will partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals and drive outcomes through talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- As a Manager, Human Resources ( HRBP ), you will- Advise leaders on people strategy, performance, and change- Drive employee lifecycle initiatives (performance, development, engagement)- Coach managers on employee relations, policies, and best practicesLead change and culture initiatives- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws- Use HR data and insights to guide decision-making- Partner on compensation, workforce planning, and talent strategies- Support recruitment and onboarding (as applicable)
- About you- 6-8 years of HR experience,
including HRBP experience- Solid expertise in employee relations and talent management- Ability to influence and build stakeholder relationships- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeFluent in English
