As we grow, we are looking for a qualified and committed Site Engineer to join our team and oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality control, safety, and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all in office construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of work as per the project schedule.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.




- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and quality checklists.
- Liaise with the JSW One Homes central team and clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Manage site labor and resources efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of milestones and adherence to project deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction (freshers with strong internships may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and site safety.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,039.68 per month
