Job Description - Heat Treatment Engineer (Production Department)

Department: Production / Heat Treatment
Location:Rajkot, Gujarat
Experience: 2-3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical OR Metallurgical Engineering
Salary:Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise heat treatment processes (hardening, tempering, annealing, quenching, etc.).
- Ensure proper furnace loading, temperature control, and cycle monitoring.
- Maintain process parameters as per specifications and standards.
- Perform hardness testing and ensure material quality compliance.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for job execution.
- Maintain process records, reports, and documentation.
- Identify process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure safety standards in heat treatment operations.
