Job Brief:
Position: Senior US IT Recruiter

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Shift Timing: 06:00pm - 03:30am (US Shift)

Responsibilities:
- Effectively handle IT requirements from US-based clients.
- Source and mine data from various Job Portals, such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Job Diva.
- Work on Contract, Corp 2 Corp, Permanent, and C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
- Achieve a high conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and successful placements.
- Develop strategies by thoroughly understanding client requirements and mapping the relevant targets.
- Validate resumes for experience and verify work status.
- Demonstrate expertise in requirement analysis, sourcing, and screening of resumes. Proficient in using Boolean keywords, familiar with time zones (EST, PST, CST, MST), US visas (Green Card, OPT, GC, USC, EAD, TN, H1B), tax terms (W2, Corp-Corp), and geography.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and strong applicant assessment abilities. Display exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.




- Proactively build a comprehensive resume database for upcoming and highly prospective requirements.

- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment.
- Crystal-clear understanding of benefits, compensations, US Visa/employment types, and terms such as W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT.

- Understanding of client requirements.
- Proficiency in third-party sourcing techniques and knowledge.

Pay: ₹25,030.11 - ₹50,656.28 per month
