Key Responsibilities
- Understand each student's academic background, career goals, and financial profile.
- Counsel students on study destinations, universities, courses, and visa requirements.
- Guide students through the complete admission process, from enquiry to enrolment.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the student journey.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Study Abroad Counsellor.
- Strong knowledge of study destinations such as Australia, Canada, the UK, New Zealand.:
- Excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills.
- Ability to handle multiple student enquiries efficiently.
- Experience working with CRM software is preferred.
- Target-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
