The platform helps students navigate the path to their dream careers with a focus on personalized guidance, life skills development, and structured support for college and university admissions.
- Stay in regular, proactive contact with all assigned students throughout the entire journey, from onboarding to final submission
- Research and curate relevant life skills content, activities, and enrichment opportunities suited to each student's profile and target schools
- Provide end-to-end support including essay brainstorming, activity list planning, and interview preparation
- Update backend data on portal on courses, universities, scholarship etc.

The role primarily includes responding to student and parent inquiries,



maintaining accurate records and progress reports, and collaborating with the internal team to improve advising resources.

Qualifications
- Genuinely passionate about education and student empowerment
- Strong Interpersonal Communication skills to build trust with students and families, and to explain complex information clearly.
- Experience, or background in academic counseling, teaching, or student advising.
- A bachelor’s degree in education, Psychology, Counseling, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
