We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager - IoT Solutions to drive business growth, build strategic client relationships, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IoT, Embedded Systems, Industrial Automation, and Electronics Design Services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, manufacturing companies, system integrators, and enterprise clients.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.




- Collaborate closely with engineering, project, and management teams to develop customized client solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Prepare sales forecasts, revenue reports, and business development strategies.
- Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualification Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechanical) or MBA in Marketing/Business Management.
- 6-8 years of proven B2B sales experience in IoT Solutions, Embedded Systems, Industrial Automation, Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), or Electronic Product Development.:
- Strong understanding of IoT technologies, embedded hardware, PCB design, firmware development, and automation solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation
