- Assists more junior members of the team and controls their work where applicable.
- Engineer should have detailed understanding of professional software engineering and best practices for full SDLC including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operation.

Your key responsibilities
- Build new and/or modify existing software to meet business and system requirements.
- Exhibits DevOps mind-set where team is accountable for delivering the feature from inception to sunset.
Your skills and experience
Must Have
- Minimum 6 years+ on qualified software development experience using Spring Boot/ Microservices/APIs, Core Java (8/11/17) with knowledge on Oops and design patterns etc.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) to improve engineering productivity.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) and automated environment provisioning.
- Professional experience of at least one data storage technology (e.g., Oracle, Big Query)
- Professional experience of at least one "CI/CD" tool.
- Experience of working with a globally distributed team requiring remote interaction across locations, time zones and diverse cultures.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and debugging skills in complex distributed sys
