Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Development (Commercial Fit-Out Projects)

Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
- Take end-to-end ownership of multiple office fit-out projects (ranging from shell & core to client-ready spaces).
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution plans.
- Execution Oversight:
- Ensure on-site execution is aligned with design intent, timelines, safety standards, and cost estimates.




- Monitor daily/weekly progress at all active construction sites; flag delays and initiate corrective actions.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Engage, evaluate, and manage multiple vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure proper documentation, scope of work, SLAs, and performance tracking.
- Liaise with architects, MEP consultants, clients, and the internal design team to ensure clarity and accountability.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to specifications.
- Ensure all projects comply with statutory approvals, environmental clearances, and safety norms.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, snag lists, cost updates, and risk logs.
- Provide weekly updates to senior management on key project KPIs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plu
