Key Responsibilities
- Able to make design according the requirement. Able to change in existing designs
- Coordinate with fabrication vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely manufacturing.
- Prepare and monitor manufacturing schedules based on project requirements and delivery timelines.
- Inspect and verify fabricated materials against approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor production and assembly activities to ensure adherence to quality and project schedules.
- Supervise assembly processes and ensure compliance with engineering and safety requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with vendors to track manufacturing progress and resolve production issues.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor factory stores, including receipt, storage, inventory, and material dispatch.
- Ensure availability of materials required for production and assembly.
- Prepare daily/weekly production progress reports and communicate project status to management.
- Identify production bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
Desired Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in fabrication, production, manufacturing, or industrial project coordination.
- Good understanding of fabrication drawings, welding, sheet metal, structural fabrication, and electronics assembly processes.
- Familiarity with production planning and inventory management.
- Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with fabrication vendors and manufacturing units.
- Design software like AutoCAD, Figma, Autodesk Fusion, SolidWorks etc.
- Knowledge of quality inspection and manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to
