Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company-provided leads/database.
- Understand customers' property requirements, budget, preferred location, and timeline.
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, amenities, offers, and payment options clearly.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate property/site visits for customers.

Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Previous experience in telecalling, real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25000 per month + attractive incentives
Experience: 0-3 years
Incentives: Performance-based incentives (50,000 - 1,00,000)
