Job Title: Welder (CO₂ MIG)

Reports To: Fabrication Supervisor / Production Manager

Job Role:
The Welder is responsible for performing welding tasks on metal parts and assemblies according to technical drawings and quality standards. The role includes fabrication, fitting, and assembly of metal structures using welding machines and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding operations using CO₂ MIG welding machines as required.
- Prepare and clean workpieces prior to welding by grinding, cutting, or heating.
- Set up welding machines and select proper parameters for materials and thickness.
- Inspect and measure welded surfaces and structures to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Carry out tack welding and full welding tasks on metal frames,



components, or assemblies.
- Follow all safety standards related to welding, including use of PPE and fire prevention.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Cooperate with team members including fitters, grinders, and supervisors to complete assigned work on time.

Skills and Requirements:
- Skilled in handling tools like grinders, cutting machines, and measuring instruments.
- Attention to detail and valuable hand-eye coordination.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
