With a trusted network of huge clients, we assist businesses in participating successfully in Government, PSU, Semi-Government, and Institutional tenders through GeM, CPPP, and various State e-Procurement portals.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to strengthen our Tender Operations Team at our Anand office.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from GeM, CPPP, and State e-Procurement portals.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare, verify, and submit Technical and Financial Bids within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with clients for collection and verification of statutory, technical, and financial documents.
- Ensure complete compliance with tender terms, conditions, and submission requirements.
- Monitor corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, bid opening schedules,



and post-submission activities.
- Maintain accurate digital records of tenders, client documentation, and submission status.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and error-free bid submissions.
- Follow up on bid status, clarifications, and award notifications.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of client information and tender documentation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent learning ability are welcome to apply.
- Solid analytical and documentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Government e-Marketplace (GeM)
- Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP)
- State e-Tender Portals
- MSME, Startup India, NSIC, UDYAM Registration
- GST, PAN, Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
- ISO Certifications
- Government procurement procedures and compliance documentation
