As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining core backend components with a strong focus on real-time communication and system scalability.
Role Summary:
Support the Engineering Lead in full-stack feature delivery for the MVP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to both frontend and backend development
- Build MVP features such as login, call routing, dashboard integration
- Work on CRM sync, WhatsApp integration (OpenWA), ticketing
- Knowledge of AWS
- Strong Full Stack Engineer (React.js + Node.js) Profiles
- Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development with solid expertise in React.js and Node.js.
- Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have experience working with Redis and Kafka for caching, messaging, or event-driven architecture.
- Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have hands-on experience developing both frontend and backend modules, including APIs and UI components.
- Preferred (Skills) - Exposure to real-time socket communication,
omnichannel platforms, or communication APIs is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
