ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø _Daily 5-6 Clients Visits (Corporate Companies etc.) for Sale meetings._
Ø _Manage & Develop Key Retail accounts Including Large dealers, Distributors & Retail Chains._
Ø _Appoint Recent Dealers & Sub Dealers in Territories._
Ø _Understanding of the Business Model and critical success factors of the HORECA._
Ø _Cross Selling /Upselling & Range Expansion._
Ø _Developing Area Coverage Plan._
Ø _Planning and achieving target account-wise share._
Ø _Several regular accounts with targeted Sales & Profitability in the HORECA Segment_
Ø SKILLS REQUIRED:
Ø _Proven working experience in Battery Industry as a “SALES MANAGER / “or a relevant role._
Ø _Proven sales track record._
Ø _Proficiency in Computer skills._
Ø _Proficiency in English& Presentable._
Ø _Market knowledge._
Ø _Communication and negotiation skills._
Ø _Ability to build rapport._
