Develop should-cost models for electronic and electrical components.

Analyze PCB, PCBA, wire harness, cable assemblies, rigid/flex PCB, and EMS manufacturing processes.

Evaluate manufacturing methods including SMT, soldering, PCB testing, cable manufacturing, and semiconductor processes.

Conduct supplier spend analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities.

Prepare negotiation dossiers and management presentations for sourcing decisions.

Analyze cost drivers and support supplier negotiations.

Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams throughout product development.

Interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings and Gerber files.

Preferred Skills

Solid understanding of PCB/PCBA manufacturing and embedded systems.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with CAD software and engineering documentation.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in cross-functional environments
