We are seeking a energetic and business-oriented Farm & Resorts Division Head to lead and grow our Farm & Resorts Division as an independent business vertical. This role is focused on sales, marketing, customer experience, resort/clubhouse operations, partner management, and revenue growth. No farming or agricultural experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Farm & Resorts Division with complete ownership and accountability.
- Drive sales, marketing, and business development for farm lifestyle projects.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and maximize project potential.
- Enhance customer and partner experience from enquiry to post-sales.
- Oversee resort/clubhouse operations and hospitality partnerships.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Legal, Registration, Operations,
and external partners.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify growth opportunities and improve business processes.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in real estate, Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, or Lifestyle Projects.
- Proven experience leading a business unit or profit center.
- Strong leadership, business development, customer relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in resort operations or hospitality partnerships is an added advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and execution skills.
Reporting To: Chairman / Group Leadership
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
