We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Brand Growth Manager to drive the overall growth of COMMIX.
The role involves identifying growth opportunities, leading B2B and corporate partnerships, managing exhibitions and strategic initiatives, and working closely with the founders to scale the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall business and brand growth. Build team
- Lead Corporate Gifting, B2B Sales & Partnerships.
- Identify recent opportunities, channels, and collaborations.
- Plan exhibitions and growth initiatives.
- Analyse business performance and recommend improvements.
- Help set priorities and improve execution across functions.
- 2-5years of experience in Growth, Business Development, Strategy, or Partnerships.
- Experience in D2C, Beauty, FMCG, Wellness, or Lifestyle brands preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, execution, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think like an owner.
