Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the

will be responsible for sourcing vendors, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices,

processing purchase orders, and ensuring the timely availability of materials to support

project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Procure rooftop solar project materials such as:
○ Solar Panels

○ Solar Inverters

○ Mounting Structures

○ DC & AC Cables

○ Earthing Materials





○ Junction Boxes

○ Lightning Arresters

○ Electrical Protection Devices (MCBs, MCCBs, SPD, etc.)

○ Balance of System (BOS) components
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, conduct price comparisons, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with suppliers for order execution.
- Track deliveries and ensure timely procurement to meet project schedules.
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, and Accounts teams for procurement

requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in material planning.
- Ensure quality, quantity, and specification compliance of procured materials.
- Support cost optimisation initiatives and vendor management activities.
