Site core Developer (IT Department) - Job Description (5+ Years Experience)

Position: Site core Developer
Department: IT

Location: Nagpur (or as applicable)
Salary: Up to ₹12-15 LPA (depending on experience)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites using Site core CMS (Version 9/10 preferred).
- Customize Site core components, templates, layouts, and workflows.
- Optimize website performance, security, and scalability.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
- Perform Site core upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Maintain technical documentation and support production environments.

Required Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Site core CMS development.
- Robust knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC,.NET Framework/.NET Core.
- Experience with Sitecore Helix architecture.
- Knowledge of Site core SXA, Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), and Site core Content Management.
- Experience with SQL Server,



Entity Framework.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
- Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and API integration.
- Familiarity with Azure, IIS, and cloud deployment.
- Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, or other version control tools.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Site core Headless/JSS.
- Knowledge of Solr Search.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/IT)
- MCA or equivalent
- Relevant Site core certifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Site core development experience.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
