Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, develop customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation
- Generate and qualify B2B leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.




- Research potential customers, industries, and market opportunities.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Sales & Customer Engagement
- Understand customer business processes, requirements, and challenges.
- Present suitable ERP, Payroll & HRMS, Logistics ERP, software development, website, cloud, and IT solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate software demos with the technical/product team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for implementation, onboarding, and customer handover.
