Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth business functioning.
- Manage overall branch performance and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
- Develop and implement staff roster schedules to ensure efficient workforce planning.
- Formulate and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to maximize productivity and performance.
- Plan and execute lead generation activities to increase business opportunities.
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare and share business proposals, quotations, and contracts.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to expand the company's reach.
- Prepare regular sales, branch performance, and business development reports for management.
